International Meeting Hall is located on the second floor of Lingyun Pavilion(350 square meters, 250 seats in classroom style,500 seats in theatre style)may be divided into three separated halls. There are four different styles of meeting rooms around it. One is French style conference and banquet Hall(88 square meters, with French style furniture and decoration). Other three meeting rooms are named American Hall, Chinese Hall and Japanese Hall(35 square meters each).
The hotel is equipped with best meeting facilities. Such as simultaneous interpreting system of 6 languages, the ring microphone system, multimedia projector, super projector screen which can be rolled up and down, and a movable stage.
