Built in 1948, this air-conditioned city hotel combines Moresque and retro styles or the period with modern amenities. Thanks to the inviting décor in the public areas and also in the guest rooms as well as the stunning, individual services, this historical hotel is an oasis of comfort and style.
It comprises a total of 23 rooms in the main building, 10 rooms and 1 suite in the annexe as well as 40 bungalows in motel style.

The hotel enjoys a stunning location by the entrance of the old walled city (around 500 m away) and directly opposite the bay with it's wide sandy beaches and Mogador island.
The market, restaurants, shops, and the sea all lie within 800 m of the hotel. Essaouira airport is located just 15 km away, Marrakech is around 175 km, Agadir is roughly 180 km away and Casablanca is located approximately 350 km away.

* Guests can also enjoy light snacks at the Norwegian-style snack bar beside the pool, or relax in the Foyer Orson Welles, a wood-panelled bar named after the actor who enjoyed a drink there while filming in Essaouira.
* There is also a conference holding up to 300 persons which can also be used as a dining room with an orchestra for up to 200 persons.
