The three-tower building doesn't contain elevators, but upper and lower parking lots ensure all suites are accessible via no more than two flights of stairs.
* Contemporary decor and furnishings include tropical-wood trim, pale marble floors, slate-colored overstuffed furniture, and pink marble bathrooms with jetted-tub/shower combinations.
