The staff are there to help you enjoy your holiday the best way they can -whether that involves relaxing by the pool and in the bar or making the most of the activities and trips available in the area. The staff generally speak very good English and there will always be someone there who can answer your queries - just ask at reception and they will find the person that can best help you whatever your situation.

Grand Ucel Hotel is a 15 min walk from the centre of the resort, where you will find a choice of more than 100 Bars, Shops and Restaurants.
A bus goes right past the hotel every 10-15 min either to the beach, resort centre or Fethiye- for the harbour and market.
It takes approx. 15 min by dolmus (local mini-bus), to get to the beach or Fethiye and about 5 min to get to the heart of the resort centre. The buses are very easy to catch as you simply put out your hand if you want them to stop, or the name of the hotel if you want them to get off! They run along the road outside the hotel and it's across the road for the beach and resort centre, or just outside the entrance to go down to Fethiye.
