Evora Hotel is to be found in the heart of the Alentejo, in the beautiful town of Évora, a World Heritage Site, its location enjoys surroundings which are divided between a typical Alentejo landscape and a 2 hectare garden with two swimming pools in the middle; one for children and the other for adults, the latter of unusually large size.
In 2003 the Évora Hotel underwent a major transformation with an enormous new and surprisingly diverse range of services being made available, including the construction of a heated swimming pool, with natural light and a complete re-modelling of the hotel.
The new décor creates a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. The simple charm of the receptionists and the rest of the staff make one feel at home, within an Alentejo framework.
If you are travelling by car, the Évora Hotel has free, private parking by the hotel entrance, with parking spaces in the shade permitting a convenient and worry-free stay.

* Sol Poente Restaurant: Tradition at the table where well practiced professionals, as well as attending the clients, prepare trainees in the art of good service as part of a process of "on job training". From morning breakfast to lunches and dinners prepared by Chef Serra, a man with a good natured air, inspired by Traditional Gastronomy where flavours of the land predominate, earning him already important awards such as: 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes in the XVII, XVIII and XIX Alentejo Cooking Competition in 1998, 99 and 2000 with Sopa de Cação à Ribeirinha [shark soup Ribeirinha style], Açorda de Salsa [parsley bread soup], Sela de Borrego Guarnecida [garnished saddle of lamb] and Carne de Porco à Alentejana [Pork Alentejo style].
* Heated indoor swimming pool with water jet, two outside swimming pools, one for adults and the other for children, Jacuzzi, two saunas and an artificial grass surfaced tennis court. The interior swimming pool is surrounded by an area which invites one to relax with a magnificent view to the gardens and the outside pool.
* Meetings, training, incentives, dinners, lunches and cocktails. 10 different sized meeting rooms, all with natural light with a view to the gardens, pool or plains of the Alentejo.
